The Workforce and Workplace Learning (WWL) Concentration prepares you to improve how adults learn and develop skills in and for work. Drawing on research from across the education disciplines, it equips you for roles that shape how workers grow across their careers, especially as AI and emerging technologies reshape the skills workers need and the ways organizations develop them.

Tessa Forshaw is a cognitive scientist and one of the co-founders of the Next Level Lab. She has led research on learning transfer, creative cognition, learning in the flow of work, and AI.
As you explore the WWL Concentration, you will meet and collaborate with fellow cohort members who share an interest in and commitment to creating workforce and workplace learning that enables economic mobility and unlocks human flourishing.
