HGSE iGrad – HGSE has partnered with iGrad to provide a full complement of financial literacy, budgeting, and career resources. The free interactive tool aims to empower students, alumni, and staff to make effective personal finance and student loan decisions.
You can request your transcript by following the procedures outlined by HGSE's Office of the Registrar. *HGSE's Alumni Engagement team does not have access to student records; transcript requests must go through the Registrar.
The Gutman Library has a range of Alumni Services available to HGSE alumni both on and off campus, and alumni can make an appointment with Gutman's librarians to ask research or digital scholarship questions. Alums can also gain electronic access to the Harvard Library and apply for Harvard Library borrowing access at no charge.

As an HGSE graduate, you can audit classes for free with the permission of the professor. Please email the professor directly to request permission to audit the course; access to the course is at the full discretion of the faculty member (in your email, please copy the faculty member's assistant and include your degree information). As an HGSE alum, you also have free access to select J-Terms workshops, which will be announced annually via email. Finally, HGSE alumni can access a growing range of online learning opportunities across Harvard.
In 2020, HGSE announced a redesign of its master’s program to respond to emerging needs in the field of education. The school’s new master’s program builds on the legacy of achievement across more than 100 years of professional education at HGSE — and builds on the success of the 13 master’s programs that graduated their last cohorts in 2022.
