In this no-cost pilot, HGSE Unbound and Education Resource Strategies (ERS) bring together senior K-12 district leaders to examine real-world cases, break down silos across finance, academics, talent, and operations, and apply practical tools to align resources with your instructional prorities and equity goals. Your participation will both sharpen your own approach to system-level resource decisions and help shape a potential future HGSE certificate program in strategic resource management.

Leading Large-Scale Education Interventions in Humanitarian Contexts is a live, online certificate program for mid-career and senior professionals who lead education responses in emergencies, protracted crises, and fragile settings. Through six interactive sessions, you will strengthen your strategic, systems, and leadership capabilities to design, manage, and fund large-scale education interventions that protect, sustain, and improve learning for crisis-affected children.
