Healing-Centered Leadership means thoughtfully disrupting inequitable systems and driving collective wellbeing using the Four Pivots: Awareness, Connection, Vision, and Presence. Developed by Shawn Ginwright, this revolutionary leadership strategy is designed to create sustainable transformation in education, nonprofits, and the social sector.
Revolutionizing Leadership: Transforming Systems from the Inside Out With Purpose and Love was developed to help leaders learn to use Healing Centered Leadership to cultivate cultures of trust, resilience, and equity, inspire others, and amplify community impact from the inside out.
In four days on the Harvard campus, you’ll use real-world case studies to analyze successes and barriers and learn to implement healing-centered change at scale. You’ll strengthen your leadership toolkit with group design projects, simulations, and community engagement exercises that foster collaboration and inclusive visioning. And you’ll leave the program empowered to lead transformational change across your organization.
The Revolutionizing Leadership program combines in-person learning and reflective practice designed to help you rethink leadership from the perspectives of healing, social awareness, and systemic transformation. Over the course of four immersive days, you will engage in facilitated discussions, real-world case studies, and hands-on simulations, all focused on Shawn Ginwright’s Four Pivots model. Sessions will help leaders examine and apply these critical shifts:
