Leading Strategically: Act with Intention for Impact is one of two courses in the Certificate in Strategic Leadership (CSL), based on the book Leading Strategically: Achieving Ambitious Goals in Education, co-authored by Faculty Co-Chairs Elizabeth City and Rachel E. Curtis.
In this certificate course, you’ll focus on two elements of Leading Strategically:
The program welcomes interest and registrations from all practitioners in the field.
Working on your own schedule, you'll read chapters and real-world case studies from Leading Strategically. You'll watch brief videos from the authors and other practitioners showing examples of the elements in action. You'll use tools such as self-assessments, sorting activities, matrices, and data trackers, and you'll spend time reflecting on your thinking, your habits, and your growth edges as a leader.
This program will take place in Canvas, Professional Education's learning management system. Within one hour of payment, you will receive an email invitation with instructions for accessing your course materials. Once you log in to the course for the first time, you will have six months to complete all necessary program requirements and earn your credentials. The course orientation will include details on the specific requirements for earning your certificate.
