Professional Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE), in collaboration with CAST, a nonprofit organization that has pioneered the development of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), now offers a new Professional Learning Series: Exploring UDL through Cycles of Design, Action, and Reflection, where educators will learn the foundations of the UDL framework, apply it to their settings in real time to develop an action plan, and receive personalized coaching and support as they begin to implement UDL into their practice.
Learn to foster global competence on climate action in your school using proven frameworks and tactics for organizational change.
Learning with other educators from your school community provides an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and come together around a shared problem of practice to collaborate, share ideas, test hypotheses, and support one another’s learning. Our programs are designed with job-embedded learning–providing actionable strategies you can immediately implement into your practice. And enrolling as a group of educators or a team from your organization enables you to learn together, build a common vocabulary, and develop a shared action plan.
Please let us know if you are interested in participating as a group or team in professional development, and our engagement team will work to partner with you on co-creating a professional learning plan for your organization.
