Open to anyone, anywhere, this course will help students apply Kegan and Lahey's psychological theory about personal change to improvement goals of their own. In this edition of the EdCast, Kegan discusses the mechanics, challenges, and excitement in teaching his new HarvardX course, the first of its kind at HGSE.
