EdCast The Maine Man on Campus Posted July 31, 2013 By Matt Weber Last spring, Richard Hopper, Ed.M.'97, C.A.S.'00, Ed.D.'04, former World Bank education specialist, assumed his role as president of Kennebec Valley Community College in Maine. Hopper returned to the Ed School this summer to participate in the Harvard Seminar for New Presidents, an annual institute offered by the Programs in Professional Education (PPE) exclusively to newly appointed first-year presidents.
