On January 29, Hess was one of several panelists discussing their visions of the future of education at the Askwith Forum, "The Futures of School Reform." In this EdCast, Hess, resident scholar and director of education policy studies at the American Enterprise Institute and author of the forthcoming Cage-Busting Leadership, reflects on his personal story of learning and his role in the education reform movement.
