10 Minutes with Temple Grandin

On March 26, Temple Grandin, world famous animal scientist and autism activist, presented "All Kinds of Minds Help the World" at the Askwith Forum.  Grandin, a professor of animal science at Colorado State University, discussed her firsthand experience as an autistic learner, how those with autism should concentrate on their strengths and not their deficits, and how all different kinds of thinkers are required to solve the problems of the world. In this edition of the EdCast, Grandin shares insight into the way she thinks, reflects on the state of autism awareness, and even reveals her favorite Claire Danes movie.
