EdCast Edelman Makes Some Noise Posted February 27, 2013 By Matt Weber Marian Wright Edelman has just been announced as the recipient of the 2013 Medal for Education Impact, the highest honor given by the Harvard Graduate School of Education. The medal is awarded to a person who is making a lasting difference in the field of education and on the lives of learners across the nation and beyond. Edelman will receive the honor on March 13 at an Askwith Forum focusing on school violence.
