News Why I Came to HGSE Posted September 12, 2006 By News editor The campus of the Harvard Graduate School of Education was alive yesterday as the incoming class arrived in Cambridge, ready to begin the 2006-2007 academic year. As students mingled and began getting to know their classmates, each student's unique reason for choosing HGSE emerged. "Ultimately, I chose HGSE because, when I visited in April, I felt such a strong community and liked that people were coming from all over. I knew I would learn a lot from cohorts, as well as the courses, because they are all coming from such different backgrounds.
