A Way Human Workers Are Superior to Robots

Some scientists have predicted that almost half of all jobs done by humans could be replaced by robots within the next 10 years. A new study shows, however, that humans do have one defense: their social skills.

A new study by David Deming at the Harvard Graduate School of Education shows that social skills are becoming increasingly important to employers and that the interpersonal abilities of workers are going to stave off robotic replacement.
