EdCast The Professional Kindergartner Posted March 3, 2016 By Matt Weber Her modern picture book classics Hippos Go Beserk!, Moo, Baa, La La La!, and Blue Hat, Green Hat may be staples on the bookshelves of toddlers and preschoolers everywhere, helping children learn their Opposites and A to Z, but children's book author, illustrator, and musician Sandra Boynton does not frame her work specifically to be educational. To her, that's merely a happy byproduct of creating joyful, layered works to be enjoyed by all ages."To me, everything is potentially educational," Boynton says.
