News Introducing the HGSE Running Club Posted September 9, 2015 By Iman Rastegari The Harvard Graduate School of Education Running Club is dedicated to providing the HGSE community with a healthy, positive, and social experience that promotes both physical and mental well-being. Founded in early 2015 by Ed.L.D. candidate Zachary Herrmann, the club has attracted the attention and support of faculty runners including Dean James Ryan and Professor Monica Higgins."I've always appeciated the sense of community and support that comes along with a community of runners," says Herrmann, "and I felt that HGSE could really benefit from a running club."About to kick off it's second season, the Running Club meets at the entrance of Gutman Library every Thursday at 4 p.m. Contact zachary_herrmann@mail.harvard.edu for more information.
