Inner Strength Leadership Training 101

It is not unusual for even the most experienced school and organization leaders to feel exhausted and overwhelmed at times, and so the practice of mindful leadership in education continues to grow. The Programs in Professional Education (PPE) institute, Building Inner Strengths of Leaders, aims to guide educators in the most effective practices in mindfulness, and to provide the tools with which they can enhance their leadership.

In this edition of the Harvard EdCast, Professor Emeritus Jerry Murphy and Visiting Fellow Metta McGarvey, Ed.D.'10 — faculty for Building Inner Strengths of Leaders — share insight into the growing practice of mindful leadership.
