In the new book, Stretching the Higher Education Dollar: How Innovation Can Improve Access, Equity, and Affordability, published by Harvard Education Press,  editors Andrew Kelly and Kevin Carey invite higher education experts to weigh in on how colleges and universities can navigate a climate in which financial resources  have become more limited while the costs associated with both providing and getting a college education continue to grow.
