What do you most want incoming students to know or understand about the services you offer?
We have daily, weekly and monthly specials. We want them to talk to us about any concerns or special dietary needs that they have such as allergies.
Can you tell us about your philosophy of customer service?
We believe in friendly service with a comforting attitude and we offer reasonable prices so students will want to return.
What are some of the best kept secrets about the services you provide?
Crimson Cash http://www.dining.harvard.edu/frameset_cri.html or Board-Plus http://www.dining.harvard.edu/frameset_res.html payment systems. These payment systems are much faster for the students than using cash.
When is your busiest time of the day?
We are busiest during lunch time, usually from 11:00am to 1:00pm.
When is your busiest time of the week?
It is usually the busiest Monday through Thursday.
When is your slowest time of the week?
Friday is our slowest day.
Could you tell us about the music played in Conroy Commons?
We play CDs and we accommodate all requests! Students are welcome to bring in their own CDs if they have certain music they'd like to listen to as they study in Conroy Commons.
