TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND CONSULTATIONS

Consultations Provided by Harvard Doctoral Students
School-site Consultants are instrumental in our efforts to align our work with state and district changes. The consultants are Harvard doctoral students who work with individual schools and assist school leaders in developing skills to manage and execute various reform initiatives. The analysis provided by the consultants creates customized recommendations for each of the participating schools. Many returning consultants continue their work as mentors, facilitators, researchers and advisors to the leadership of their assigned schools.

Curriculum Consultants
The Curriculum Consultants are Harvard doctoral students with expertise in test score analysis who also possess strong teaching backgrounds. Unlike the School Consultants, Curriculum Consultants work with all twelve LDI partner schools specifically developing participants' data analysis skills. Curriculum Consultants play a critical role in the development of LDI participants' skills in analyzing MCAS test data to inform instructional strategies and to modify curriculum.
