The critical importance of the early childhood education sector has never been more clear. Our programs serve state leaders and administrators, leaders of early education service organizations, directors of early education centers or programs, administrators, and coaches in public school preK programs, and philanthropists, grantmakers, and advocates.

The Zaentz Professional Learning Academy — part of HGSE’s groundbreaking Saul Zaentz Early Education Initiative — gives early educators the knowledge, tactics, and networks they need to support and sustain a flourishing early learning environment for young children. The Certificate in Early Education Leadership (CEEL) is one cornerstone — a visionary, job-embedded, online certificate program that supports the learning and development of early education leaders so they can strengthen their impact and expand their professional reach.
