Harvard EdCast: Unlocking the Immunity to Change

ChangeOn March 11, Professor and Lecturer Lisa Lahey will launch the Ed School’s first HarvardX course, Unlocking the Immunity to Change. Open to anyone, anywhere, this course will help students apply Kegan and Lahey’s psychological theory about personal change to improvement goals of their own.

In this edition of the , Kegan discusses the mechanics, challenges, and excitement in teaching his new HarvardX course, the first of its kind at HGSE.
