Harvard EdCast: Won’t Back Down

On September 20, the Ed School cosponsored a screening of the new film about education reform, Won’t Back Down. The movie stars Viola Davis and Maggie Gyllenhaal as two mothers determined to transform their children’s failing inner city school.
Daniel Barnz, director of the film, reflects on why writing and directing a movie about education was just a perfect fit.
