Harvard EdCast: Won’t Back Down

On September 20, the Ed School cosponsored a screening of the new about education reform, Won’t Back Down. The movie stars Viola Davis and Maggie Gyllenhaal as two mothers determined to transform their children’s failing inner city school.

, director of the film, reflects on why writing and directing a movie about education was just a perfect fit.
