We are happy to say this is a monumental start to help empower ourselves, educate and strengthen oneanother take a negàtive and turn it around into a poßitive direction. As an example if you get bullyied turn it around and do something positive like if 5here is a need in the community volunteer or donate to a charitable organization. Something that makes you feel good and inspired. Help inspire other people too. To remain positive minded or mindfull. My 8 year old started a bookdrive for a school in Holbrook MA the children needed books for a library for a reading program, art supplies, gym equipment a new playground, hopefullly. For a school that is underbudget. We got news paper involved, asked a community church and churches, small businesses, mother s groups, etc.. to put the word out and it was a wonderful experience all àround. My daughter feels worthy and her self esteem has been recharged and fortified. There are alot of good people trying to do good things thru all this uncertainess and it is all our responsabilities to try to help oneanother and help ourselves to further enrich our humanity with compassion.
