Access

The Monroe C. Gutman Library is open to all members of the Harvard University community and to Gutman Special Borrowers.

Other scholars and researchers who have information needs within the scope of our collections may apply to use the library weekdays from 8:30am-5:00pm. Contact Access Services at 617-495-3423 for more information.

Proper identification with a picture is required for entrance to the library.

Purchased Card Fees

Special Borrower Cards may be purchased at the Circulation Desk. These cards entitle holders to full access and borrowing privileges at Gutman Library.
