Hikaru Kozuma

Hikaru Kozuma is currently working for Columbia University as the associate director of residential programs. Originally from New York City, Hikaru returns to his hometown after spending seven years in Vermont. He attended Middlebury College and upon graduation, became a staff member for the next three years, during which time he found his passion for higher education. The education he received in HGSE's Higher Education Program not only complemented his previous experiences at Middlebury, but now enhances his work at Columbia. "I see my world with a new set of eyes," says Hikaru. "I see the readings, class discussions, and papers from HGSE coming to life as I work with today's undergraduates on events, discipline, and counseling issues."
