2. Fll out the form by hand. Note that our free publications are also subject to the handling fee and that we charge no tax since we are a nonprofit organization.
3. Enclose your check or money order for the total amount, payable to Harvard University, and mail your order to:

We also accept purchase orders for totals less than $200. If you are using a purchase order, you can fax it and your completed form to us at 617-495-8594.
