Profile

Wendy Harbour is the Lawrence B. Taishoff Assistant Professor of Inclusive Education and the Executive Director of the Taishoff Center on Inclusive Higher Education at Syracuse University in New York. Her areas of expertise are disability in K-12 and higher education, universal design, and disability studies. Wendy completed her doctorate from HGSE in Administration, Planning, and Social Policy. She holds an Ed.M. in Learning and Teaching from HGSE, as well as an M.A. from the University of Minnesota in Educational Policy and Administration. Dr. Harbour has held research positions with numerous projects at CAST, Inc., the Association on Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD), and the Postsecondary Education Programs Network (PEPNet).
