Profile

Dobbin Bookman holds dual Master's degrees from Harvard University. In addition to his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School (HBS), he also earned a M.Sc. ('95) from the Harvard School of Public Health, with a focus in Health Policy Management and Finance. Since January 2016, Bookman has served as the Portfolio and Program Director of the Owner/President Management Program (OPM) at HBS's Executive Education program. Prior to his shift to OPM, he spent ten years as the Director in Executive Education at HBS.

In addition to his responsibilities within the HBS ExEd program, Bookman has served as a Harvard M.B.A. career coach and an adjunct member of the HBS Career Services team, where he helps to guide first and second year M.B.A. students through the transition from business school back into the workforce.

Outside of HBS, Bookman also works as an executive coach and facilitator, and does private development work for high performing management teams and organizations.
