Candice Crawford-Zakian is a psychologist specializing in teaching and developing essential leadership skills to executives using experiential and theoretical methods that incorporate the complex socio-organizational situations they routinely encounter. Crawford-Zakian blends cross-sectional expertise in individual and organizational psychology to promote self-awareness, empathy, agility, and recognition of socio-system dynamics. She is currently an Instructor and Executive Coach at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, as well as a Consultant for Konu and the Center for the Study of Groups and Social Systems. Crawford-Zakian received her B.A. from Howard University and her Psy.D. from George Washington University.
