Alumna Bonnie Gordon, Ed.M.'02

Bonnie Gordon

Bonnie Gordon is a program officer with the Nellie Mae Education Foundation, with responsibility for the foundation's College Prep initiative, which seeks to improve post-secondary access, persistence, and degree completion for underserved youth throughout New England. She began her work at NMEF following a 20-year career in higher education administration and consulting. "The Ed.M. program at HGSE helped me make the exact career transition I was looking for," Bonnie says. "I worked with outstanding faculty and staff on current education issues and had a chance to meet so many terrific people. The academic work, along with new contacts, led directly to new job opportunities. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience."
