General Program Information

Format
The Seminar will use a number of teaching methods, including small and large group sessions and discussions, live case studies, and personal and group level reflection.

Registration
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Preference is given to TEAMS. Your registration will be confirmed promptly in writing. Please wait for confirmation before making travel arrangements.

Program Fee
The Seminar fee of $895 includes tuition, all curriculum materials, and daily refreshment breaks. Participants are responsible for their own transportation, accommodations, and meals. Please make checks payable to Harvard University.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment in full or a copy of a purchase order must be received with registration materials. Registrations without these will not be confirmed. Registration cancellations must be made in writing. Due to program demand and the volume of pre-program preparation, cancellations postmarked or faxed 15-30 days before the start of the program will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations postmarked or faxed 14 days before the start of the program and no shows are subject to full payment.

The Harvard Graduate School of Education reserves the right to cancel the program at its discretion. In the unlikely case of program cancellation, the school is not responsible for non-refundable travel arrangements or other planning costs incurred.

Accommodation Options
Registration begins at 7:30 am on Wednesday, April 22. Many guests prefer to arrive the evening prior to the program, so blocks of rooms have been set aside for the nights of April 21, 22 and 23. Hotel block information will be provided soon. The program ends at 12:00 noon on Friday, April 24.
