Welcome to the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE).

HGSE is a world-renowned graduate school of education that thrives on the interaction and interconnection of theory, research and practice. It is a school where students, in collaboration with the faculty, explore pressing questions in education both within and outside of the classroom. At HGSE, you can choose one of 13 master's programs leading to a master's in education (Ed.M.) or pursue the doctorate of education (Ed.D.) with an emphasis in one of six concentrations. The Financial Aid Office provides counseling and resources to assist applicants and current students in achieving their academic goals.
