Online Application Form

What do I do if I forgot my PIN or password, or if I am having a problem with the online application?

If you encounter a problem with the online application process, such as difficulty uploading a document, please click on the "Tech Support" link at the top of the page within the online application. If one of your recommenders encounters a problem, please ask your recommender to click on the "Need Help" link on the recommender form. Please be advised that these are the most efficient methods for getting help. If you continue to experience difficulty and would prefer to speak with someone on the phone, you may contact technical support at 1-800-526-3313.

I cannot enter my Grade Point Average (GPA) because I am a current student who does not have one yet, or my GPA is not on a 4.0 scale. What should I enter as an alternative?

If your institution does not offer a Grade Point Average (GPA), or offers a GPA on a scale other than 4.0, please enter 9999 for your GPA.

What do I do if I cannot locate my academic institution in the drop-down menu?

If you are unable to locate your institution in our list, please search for "unknown," and leave the school code as 0000. You will then be able to enter your institution's information yourself. Be sure to change the institution name from "unknown."

Can I make changes to the application once I have submitted it?

Once you submit your application, it will not be possible to make any changes, except to your contact information. You will be able to update your email address, mailing and permanent addresses, and phone numbers in the Contact Information section. Please be advised that if you change your email address in the application, you must also change it in your account profile. While you may change your name in your account profile, you will need to contact the Admissions Office regarding name changes in relation to your application.

How do I check the status of my application?

Log in to your online account and the landing page will display your application status as "Complete" or "Incomplete." It further delineates each application material and indicates whether each is "Received," "Not Received," or "Not Applicable." Please note that this is not a real-time update. It takes the Admissions Office several weeks to process your materials.

Should I send a paper copy of the application to the Admissions Office?

No. Please do not send a copy of your online application to the Admissions Office.
