One-on-One Appointments
If, after reviewing the HGSE website, you have specific questions about the degree programs or admissions process, you are welcome to sign up for one 30-minute, on-campus appointment to speak with an admissions representative. (Please note that these are not evaluative interviews and are not required as part of the application process.)
Meet Your Admissions Liaisons
Our admissions liaisons are listed below. Each is knowledgeable about the full range of HGSE's degree programs and can help you determine which program may be the best fit for you.

Scheduling an In-Person Appointment
A limited number of appointments will be available through December 7, 2012. As a result, we ask that you sign up for only one appointment in order to accommodate as many individuals as possible.
You may make your appointment through our online system to discuss your specific questions and interests. To search for an open One-on-One Appointment with one of the admissions representatives listed above, please choose "On Campus" and "Appointment" from the dropdown options and select "All events in the future with space available."
We ask that you select and make careful note of the date and time that works best for you for your appointment. Please be advised that, if you miss or cancel your appointment, it may be difficult to reschedule, due to the high level of interest. Additionally, while we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, it is not always possible to do so, as appointments may be scheduled back-to-back. If you are running late or need to change your plans, please call us at (617) 495-3414.
Scheduling a Phone Appointment
While these appointments are intended to be in-person, we understand that not everyone is able to visit us in Cambridge. If you would like to arrange a phone appointment, please use the registration form to do so. Select "On Campus" and "Appointment" from the dropdown options, then "All events in the future with space available." You can then locate a One-on-One Appointment with one of the admissions representatives listed above. When you register, please type the word "phone" after your first name.
As with in-person appointments, we ask that you select and make careful note of the date and time that works best for you for your appointment.
At your scheduled time, you will need to call the Admissions Office at (617) 495-3414 to be connected with your confirmed representative. Note: All times are Eastern Time.
Other Events & Opportunities
Due to the large number of requests we receive, we realize that it may not be possible to accommodate everyone in this way. As a result, we offer a variety of opportunities to engage with HGSE, some of which may better assist you with your decision-making process (e.g., on-campus open houses, off-campus information sessions, virtual information sessions about programs). Admissions representatives, as well as other members of the HGSE community, participate in these events.
