International Education Policy
Curriculum
International Education Policy, like other master's programs at the Harvard
Graduate School of Education, is a one-year program requiring 8 courses
to graduate. The IEP curriculum is rigorous but flexible, providing students
with structured choices in international education and related curricular
areas.
In addition to the course requirements, IEP students participate in a
bimonthly seminar usually on Mondays from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
IEP students must complete three required courses:

may request an interview with the respective faculty member to discuss
obtaining a written exception from taking these three required courses.
In addition to the three required courses, IEP students must complete
at least one additional course or two modules in International Education such as:

you have questions about whether a particular course meets this description.

Cross-Registration
Many HGSE students choose to take courses at other Harvard graduate schools

School of Government (KSG). Harvard's schools operate on different schedules.
Therefore, remain mindful of school's individual calendars and deadlines: start
of classes, vacations, and exams.
