Some Past and Potential Field Experience Program (FEP) Sites

In fulfilling program requirements, Arts in Education students may count one approved field placement as an arts-related course. Field placements are coordinated through the Field Experience Program office, Gutman 402, phone: 617-496-4816, under the direction of Suzanne Grant Lewis. The Arts in Education office has a listing of potential field placement sites, many of which are already coordinated through the FEP office. If the selected site is not already listed with the FEP office, students need to obtain from the FEP office the appropriate forms to do so. The AIE office can recommend faculty advisors for arts-related field placements.

Independent Studies

In fulfilling program requirements, Arts in Education students may count one approved independent study as an arts-related course. After the topic of the independent study is approved by the AIE office and a faculty advisor is identified, students must obtain and complete independent study registration forms available from the Office of the Registrar, Longfellow 13, phone: 617-495-3418.
