Once you have familiarized yourself with our students' profile and academic programs, think about these points:

• Consider fit: How will HGSE students fit your organization?
• Evaluate openings: What are the number of openings, the types of roles available, and ideal candidate profiles?
• Decide on recruiting style: Are positions just-in-time, immediate hires? Or are they filled by structured recruiting, during the same time frame annually?
