Welcome to the Harvard Graduate School of Education Financial Aid Office website. The HGSE Financial Aid Office offers a number of financial aid programs to assist students in financing the cost of education. This site is intended to familiarize you with the opportunities and services offered by the financial aid office and to assist you in your financial planning. Greetings Prospective Students!

As you consider your application for admission to HGSE, don't forget that early financial planning is also essential. You can review the information on our site to familiarize yourself with the financial aid programs at HGSE. Additionally, you can download the Prospective Student Checklist (97KB pdf) to assist in your planning.

If you hope to attend a program for the 2009-2010 academic year, now is a great time to start exploring external scholarship sources. Many students take advantage of hundreds of external scholarships each year through their employers, civic organizations, religious affiliations or other networks. There are several free website resources such as FinAid and FastWeb that can help make your search easier. External scholarships are a great way to supplement any additional aid you might receive from HGSE.

2009-2010 HGSE Financial Aid Applications & FAFSA

2009-2010 HGSE Financial Aid Applications will be available in December on the Applying for Aid page. The FAFSA for the 2009-2010 academic year will be available starting Janurary 1, 2009.
